📜 1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Netbookler. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing any digital template, ebook, or software product, you agree to be bound by all of these terms.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue access immediately.
🔑 2. License Tiers & Permitted Usage
Every product purchased on Netbookler includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license according to the tier selected at checkout:
- Personal License: Permits use for one individual for personal, non-commercial learning or private projects. You may not use the product for client work or revenue-generating activities.
- Commercial License: Permits use in commercial client projects, commercial websites, internal team operations, and marketing campaigns. You may modify the templates to create end-products for your business or paying clients.
- Extended License: Grants unlimited client and commercial deployments, including use in SaaS applications, redistributed digital media, and broadcast productions.
Strict Prohibition: You may NOT sub-license, resell, redistribute, share as a torrent/freebie, or bundle our digital assets in any marketplace or public repository.
💎 3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, graphic designs, vectors, audio, documentation, and trademark assets (including the Netbookler geometric logo and brand mark) are the proprietary property of Netbookler or our verified creators and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product conveys a license to use the product—it does not transfer intellectual property ownership of the underlying design system or template.
💳 4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly converted by your card issuer. We partner with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay) to facilitate secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets.
You represent that you have legal authority to use your chosen payment method. Transactions are authenticated in real-time, and download delivery is triggered upon successful payment capture.
⚖️ 5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Netbookler or its creators be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or downloaded templates, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
