We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

We collect only the essential information needed to fulfill your purchases and support your account:
- Account & Order Information: Your name and email address when you sign in via Google Auth or complete a purchase, used to generate and deliver your digital product licenses.
- Transaction History: Purchased item titles, transaction timestamps, payment status, and order identifiers stored in your private customer vault.
- Technical & Analytics Data: Anonymous browser telemetry, device viewport, and page interactions tracked via Google Firebase Analytics to improve website speed and reliability.
Note on Payment Data: We NEVER store your full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. All sensitive financial transactions are tokenized directly through Razorpay, complying with stringent PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.

Your data is used solely to:
- Deliver instant download links and generate unique product license keys.
- Provide access to your persistent Customer Account Vault for re-downloading files anytime.
- Process customer support inquiries, technical bug repairs, and refund requests.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent payment activity and unauthorized redistribution.

Our marketplace utilizes enterprise-grade Google Firebase Cloud infrastructure with end-to-end HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption. Your data is protected by multi-tenant Firestore security rules ensuring only authorized users can access their license keys and download history.
Our trusted service providers include Google Cloud (Firebase Authentication & Firestore Database) and Razorpay (Secure Indian & International Payment Gateway).
👤 5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the complete right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, or to request permanent deletion of your customer record and account vault. To submit a request, contact privacy@netbookler.com.
